Approach the online job market differently this year

In a webinar I delivered yesterday for Blue Steps, I spoke to the trend that I am seeing in the job market currently, namely hiring going on but companies not shouting about the opportunities. Although they are going to continue to use online as a major source of candidates, it is going to be via the sites that have profiles or networks, such as LinkedIn, versus the job boards.

This Wall Street Journal article speaks to this.  

Dont think this is going to be any different internally either, most of my corporate presentations the lcient requests that I include something in there about completing internal employee profiles including skills and successful projects worked on.
