Two instances in two days – cannot be coincidence! Lining up at a busy Blockbuster, one person on the register at 5 pm on a Sunday evening! Other employee wandering around with lost look on her face, observes line up of at least 10 people – "Shall I go empty the drop off box before I leave?"

Then says "I wonder who is due in on evenong shift tonight?"
Double AAAARRRRGGGHHHH!
Colleague responds (amazingly politely) – "While you wonder aobut that perhaps you could serve a few customers!" – definitely management material (for Starbucks!).
