Conduct a 360 assessment,
Set measurable goals
and have a very clear and focused VP.
The 360 Reach assessment now has a new version about to launch. The 360 enables you to go to a wide range of people (not just in work) and gather feedback as to their perceptions of your personal brand.
This feedback is incredibly important in the personal brand process as you start to uncover what are your rational attributes (those expected of someone in your position with your experience etc) and the emotional attributes – those that make you different, stand out and quite often are the reasons people work with you and for you and why you get hired over someone else.
