There was also another article this week on the ERE Exchange that talks about the fact that recruiters if searching for the next generation of leaders need to change approaches and tactics to refelct where this generation are conducting their 'conversations' – and its blogging, text and instant messaging.
It may not be how you want to conduct your job search, but think about it next time you are loking to hire someone under 30.
