No tech. No power.
On August 14th, 2003, 50 million people in North America went without for 30 hours.
For one week every July while my kids were growing up we had a whole no tech week.
It is almost a surreal experience not to feel tied to an e-mail or phone call or checking in on social media.
Tech is our world. THE key tool in communication.
But it’s a little scary when you hear TikTok’s own research found that users can become addicted in just 35 minutes on the platform.
There are certainly times and opportunities to not use tech and have a greater impact and reward.
Perhaps a weekly no tech day should be a thing.
