Is your boss not listening?

  • by

A question posted on the MarketingProfs.com forum that I regularly contribute to asked about what to do with what sounded like a narcisistic boss. Here were my thoughts; Unfortunately situations like this are not as uncommon as you might think. Sounds like your supervisor is either inexperienced or has been trained in the old management model of control and fear. Short of leaving to find a better situation and assuming you are… Read More »Is your boss not listening?

Scary times for the self employed

Doom & Gloom – What to do about potential job loss

It is likely going to be a long time in our local constituency before the Green Party gets a real chance to elect an MP – given that there are enough Mad… Read More »Is your personal brand as mad as a hatter?

Pretty scary eh? My daughter Bryn looks a lot better as the sassy devil! We are holding a copy of "Does This Blogsite Make My Wallet Look Fat?" – by Sandra DeFrietas, The Tech Coach for Coaches a fellow coach and masterminder, who was looking for photos of her book from around the world – the afterworld is pretty different!

Personal Brand – Is it about to change?

  • by

It is interesting to note that as something becomes more popular and many more people talk, write and with technology now everything else online about it that debate about it's pros and cons escalate. Obama versus Hilary and then Obama versus McCain a case in point. So is the case with personal branding. When I first started over 5 years ago looking at the subject there was very little out… Read More »Personal Brand – Is it about to change?

What is your 18?

Just went to this You Tube video from a Twitter recommend by Guy Kawasaki – really has changed my whole thinking about the day. It explains what drives Tiger Woods to continue to want to improve – the pursuit of perfection. The scene setting is a little long – but worth the wait for the last 30 seconds – awesome
